All was very straightforward with clear signage to departure, friendly staff and a great journey there and back! Ferry was on time both ways and it was great some refreshments were available on board.
The trip in itself was as expected - straightforward and clearly communicated . However it was really disappointing to hear when we exchanged our e ticket for real tickets that our 7 yr old child did not need an adult ticket as per the booking site - and so we had been overcharged. Nothing the kiosk could do as we had booked through nofrills excursions…. But worth noting that the child age is actually under 12 not under 4. So whilst the trip in itself was good, we were significantly overcharged.
Really easy, booked online, collected tickets at the port. Clear service and the boat was clean and well staffed.

We Always enjoy a wee ferry ride to Formentor beach when we visit Mallorca. The kids like to sit out the front on the boat. Boat left on time and picked up again to head back. Everything went smoothly. If you’ve never been take snacks, water and beach stuff and enjoy!
