The park itself is well equipped and well designed, however there are quite a few areas where efficiency could be improved to make things run smoother and be more enjoyable. There was a long queue to order food at a single order point. The menu did not have all the food and drink options on it so if you wanted something that wasn't displayed you had to join another queue and make a separate payment. After placing your order, you join another queue to collect the food. It took 30 mins to place an order and receive it (just chicken nuggets and chips!) We waited 50 minutes for one slide, with all other slide queues taking about 20-25 minutes. This could definitely be shortened by having a more efficient system. Often the slides would be empty while the lifeguard would sort out who was next in line and who wanted to ride with who. Lots of wasted time in between guests using the slides. Also most of the queuing areas aren't fully protected from the sun. There was also a power cut during the day which stopped all activity for about 20 minutes - no apologies or explanation were made, and the park still shut all the slides 15 minutes before park closure time despite us missing out on those 20 minutes during the day. We didn't find anywhere on site to refill water bottles, which I think is essential on hot, activity filled days like this. That being said, it was still a fun day out.

Perfect if you are staying in central Port d’Alcudia as you can easily walk there in about 20 minutes. NoFrills Excursions provided clear information on what was included, allowing us to skip the line at the entrance. Highly recommended local company for booking Mallorca attractions.
We had a brilliant day out at this hydropark with the whole family. The coordinator and the park staff were very nice, assisting us with the booking voucher and making it a completely zero-worry excursion since they take care of practically all the ticketing details online. The kids completely loved the Race Slide and the twisting spirals.

Staff were friendly & helpful but I feel this water park is way over priced for what you get, we’ve been to lots of other larger water parks for a very similar cost and it has a lot more to offer in the range of slides lazy rivers ect all with FREE sun beds, I feel charging extra for the sun beds is very excessive based on the standard entry rate to the park.
