This horse riding excursion takes place in Son Serra de Marina, one of the most unspoilt coastal areas in the north of Mallorca, far from mass tourism and busy beaches. The route lasts approximately 2 hours and is carefully designed to combine nature, comfort and spectacular sea views.
The ride begins by heading inland along peaceful paths surrounded by pine forests and Mediterranean vegetation, allowing riders to get comfortable with their horse in a calm environment. As the route progresses, the landscape opens up to sandy tracks and natural trails with panoramic views of Son Serra de Marina beach and the Bay of Alcudia, offering excellent photo opportunities along the way.
Depending on riding experience, participants are divided into different groups so everyone can enjoy the activity at the right pace. Beginners ride at a relaxed walk, while more experienced riders may trot or gallop in suitable sections of the route. Throughout the excursion, professional riding guides accompany each group, ensuring safety, confidence and an enjoyable experience for all levels.

A wonderful horse riding experience in Mallorca. The route through the forest and along the coast was beautiful, with amazing views of the beach. The horses were calm and the guides very professional. One of the highlights of our holiday.
My 15 and 17 year old daughters had a brilliant morning at the grand ranch. We couldn’t attend as parents so sent them off on their own, they were well looked after and had a brilliant time. Very well behaved horses, all horses ready to go and once ridden kids left horses with ranch and safely bought back to hotel. 3 different riding levels. Middle group started trotting as soon as ride started so as inexperienced riders were better placed in beginners group which worked out fine. Thanks for great memories!
I rode the 2 hour gallop ride, it was amazing! I wish I had gone earlier in the holiday so I could do it again. The horses are happy, the guides are friendly, patient and kind. As soon as you arrive you are made to feel welcome.100% recommend. I hope to be able to go again another time and ride the beautiful boy whiskey. Thank you Rancho you made my week.
We had a fantastic experience, everything was perfectly organized! We were picked up from our hotel and joined a group for the tour. The guides were amazing and made us feel safe and well taken care of throughout the journey. Afterwards, we were brought back to our hotel, which was very convenient. One small note: the photos and title made it seem like we would be walking mainly on the beach, but the route actually went more through forest and dunes, which, to be fair, was also absolutely beautiful and enjoyable!
Environment is beatless, horses are happy and well taken care of. Our guide Luka is a gem, he’s knowledgeable, responsible, very good vibe. The pictures and videos he took were awesome.
Amazing experience! We were very well looked after and rode some wonderful horses. Rode with my daughter age 7 and we were in group 3 and got lots of opportunities to gallop / canter. Luca our group leader was brilliant and kept a close eye on the group and explained things very well. 2 hours was perfect. Great set up at the ranch before and after the ride - toilets and cafe. Bring money for souvenir photos €12 each as of July 2024.
