Great experience with NoFrills Excursions. Everything was well organised, the guide was excellent and skipping the queue at the Cathedral was a big plus. Highly recommended if you want a complete Palma day trip.
This Palma Premium tour was the perfect way to discover the city. The guided walk through the old town and the Cathedral visit were very informative, and having transport and tickets organised made everything stress-free. Plenty of free time afterwards to enjoy Palma at our own pace.
The coach picked us up first from out hotel, and we went via a couple more to pick up the other tourists. Juan was welcoming and explained what was going ti happen in English, Spanish and German. Sebastian our driver was a very efficient and safe driver, arriving a Palma for us to disembark for our walking your. Juan handed out earpieces so that we could hear him and went on our tour which lasted approx 1.5 hours. Juan was very knowledgeable and interacted well with us as a group. He had time to listen to and answer any questions, especially from the children in thd group. We spent a few free hours looking around Palma sightseeing. It was a lovely city with the old town and nice shops, handily marked on the city map, provided by Juan. I would recommend this company for the value for money and friendliness of Juan and Sebastian. It was lovely also to be dropped back to our hotel, first from the coach, having been the first to be picked up. It was a well organised trip, which I would recommend, especially as we went into the Cathedral without having to queue!
Altogether a great day out - pick up arrived on time, I was one of the first on and the first off on return. Luis the guide was great - he clarified some basic requirements that should be common sense manners - not taking a seat somebody else has already claimed for the day, not talking when he is talking as it stops others being able to hear, not yelling, etc. Seems to be hard for some people so I very much appreciated it. I also appreciated that he clearly explained everything in English as well as German, not cutting the English short like some guides do when most clients are German, which makes me feel second rate on a trip (yet I still have to pay the same for it). I enjoyed the included guided walk and cathedral tour and it was just easier to have it all in one trip rather than trying to fit it all in independently. It would have been nice to have a bit longer in Palma but that was, as usual, the fault of people turning up late (or at all) and not the fault of NFE. I will book again :-)

Fantastic day trip with a great guide - Luis. Pick up within a few minutes walk of our hotel. Guided walking tour of the old town before a tour and some history about the cathedral. Then dropped back close to our hotel. Great excursion and great price.
We absolutely loved the tour, coach arrived for pick up on time, clearly marked so we knew what company it was. Clean air conditioned bus took us to Palma. Juan our guide was so lovely and funny he really made the tour a very enjoyable experience, he is so informative and knowledgeable, we learnt so much.
