The transportation to and from Palma was chaotic. Pollenca guests were accidentally missed off the pick up but were collected and rendezvous’d with the coach 50 mins later. Our time in Palma was nice, we booked the premium tour and enjoyed the guided trip of the cathedral. The return journey (for guests staying in Pollenca anyway) was long. It took 2.5 hours after picking guests up at the aquarium plus many individual drop offs at resort hotels in Can Picafort, P de Muro, Alcudia…. It would have been faster to catch a public bus back. Please note - coaches have no toilets.
Unfortunately No Frills did not pick up my family at the designated time and pickup point. The wait for the bus turned into a 50 minute wait in the sun. We were picked up by car & travelled to meet the bus who had pulled in to wait for us. This shortened the overall free time in Palma after the guided tour for all. Tour guide Cami was great, very enthusiastic & informative. Palma was wonderful. Cathedral outstanding. Just a shame the trip started off on this footing & impacted total time in Palma to explore.
Brilliant day out. Staff were friendly, very helpful and overall amazing. Booking was simple, the coach was lovely and clean with air conditioning. Walk was easy with the pram, the cathedral was stunning and a must visit. We also enjoyed the free time afterwards to explore the city, grab a bite and a bit of shopping. Highly recommended for both trip and company.
Der Ausflug mit Melanie war wirklich gut. Wir hatten nach der Führung in der Kathedrale genug Zeit, den Ort selbst zu erkunden. Und ich hätte mir auch niemand besseren als Melanie vorstellen können. The booking process was very clear, and I received the two confirmation emails containing the exact pick-up time and location right away. The central drop-off location near the Cathedral was incredibly convenient, saving us from long walks in the heat. Our guide did an excellent job leading us through the medieval streets and Plaza Mayor during the 45-minute walking tour. Afterward, having around 4.5 hours of free time allowed me to enjoy a peaceful lunch and shop at my own pace. The return journey in the afternoon on the air-conditioned coach was very comfortable.
A highly commendable local company for excursions in Mallorca. The entire day was superbly structured, beginning with a punctual pick-up by a very polite coach driver. Our English-speaking official guide was exceptionally knowledgeable during the visit inside Palma Cathedral, pointing out the impressive Gaudí alterations and the beautiful rose window. It is a very well-organized excursion that balances guided learning with independent exploration.
My boyfriend and I had an incredible day on this premium tour! The official guide on the coach was fantastic, giving us great historical context and even reminding us about the Cathedral's dress code before we arrived. The 45-minute old town walk was the perfect length to see the traditional patios, and the air-conditioned bus ride made the 90-minute journey very relaxed. Definitely great value for money!
Absolutely loved the guided part of this Palma trip with NoFrills. Skipping the lines at the Cathedral was a lifesaver and the coach driver got us there so fast.
An excellent trip well organised our guide kept us in the shade as much as possible, was very knowledgeable and caring as I struggle with upward inclines. Great value for money highly recommend 👍
