Picked up on time outside hotel, but disappointed to be taken 15 minutes in the opposite direction from our destination to the No Frills office where we waited crammed inside (it was pouring with rain) for another coach to take us on to Palma. Otherwise, staff were very friendly and pick up time perfect. Note to self - get the regular bus next time and arrive in Palma an hour earlier!
Great trip, guide on the outward trip Jaime was brilliant, the only thing that needs improving is the awful pickup point for the return from Palma.
A good straight forward way to get to Palma and spend a few hours pottering around the beautiful city. Well worth a visit.

We booked the trip to Palma from Alcudia. Picked up locally and on time. Juan was fabulous providing helpful tips on the journey there. We were dropped off centrally so really easy to find your way back. Loads of time to see the sites of Palma and a great journey back. Highly recommend!
