(hereinafter "Nofrills") is registered in the Commercial Registry of Palma de Mallorca, Volume 2.047, Page 189, and holds all necessary permits and licences to act as a tourist intermediary in the Balearic Islands, including the Tourist Intermediary Certificate MT/89/BAL.
Nofrills informs Users that the activities, excursions and guided tours offered on the website are provided directly by third-party partners. Therefore, Nofrills mainly acts as an intermediary, offering a booking service for activities, excursions and guided tours in Mallorca, which are executed directly by the providers.

2. Acceptance
This website is available to all users (hereinafter, the "User") and subject to these Terms of Use and Booking Conditions (hereinafter, "Terms"). By making a booking on the site or otherwise using it, you accept these Terms.

3. Age
The User declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity necessary to be bound by this agreement and to use this website in accordance with these Terms.

4. Purpose of the Website
Nofrills has developed this website to offer Users an online booking service for activities, excursions and guided tours on the island of Mallorca.
The activities and excursions displayed on our website are organised and carried out directly by third-party companies and partners (hereinafter, the "Providers"). Nofrills mainly acts as an intermediary, providing through this website a booking service for such activities, which are ultimately delivered by the Providers.
However, for certain group bookings in open activities, Nofrills may also act as the direct organiser of the service, since it holds all the required licences and authorisations to organise and conduct tourist activities in Mallorca.
Accordingly, prices, features, execution conditions and any changes related to the services are set by the Provider, or by Nofrills when it is the direct organiser.
Nofrills accepts no responsibility if a User acquires supposed Nofrills services through unofficial channels other than this website.

5. Specific conditions of the activity
Once a booking is made, the User will receive a confirmation email including all booking details: activity name, booking number, personal data and amount paid.
This email contains a link where the User can access up-to-date information on the booked activity, including the meeting point, starting time or opening hours, and the Provider's contact telephone.
It is the User's responsibility to carefully review this information before the activity, and to be present at the meeting point at the indicated time. Late arrival or no-show will result in the loss of the right to participate, without refund.
The User expressly accepts that Nofrills is not responsible for any delays or mistakes made by the User in reaching the meeting point at the scheduled time.
The duration of activities is indicative and may vary due to external factors such as weather, traffic or strikes.
The Provider may request that the User present the booking voucher before the start of the activity.

6. Booking confirmation and access ticket
The confirmation email is the valid ticket to access the activity, whether it is a bus excursion, a guided tour or entry to a water park.
The User must present this email (printed or on a mobile device) at the meeting point or venue. No QR code or additional document is required: the booking number shown in the confirmation email is sufficient.

7. Cancellation policy
The User may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. Within 24 hours prior to the start, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.
Cancellations must be requested by email to , stating the booking number, name of the booking holder and activity date. The time of sending the cancellation email (Madrid/Spain time zone) will be taken as reference.
No-show: A "no-show" means failing to appear at the indicated meeting point at the scheduled time, arriving late, or not attending due to adverse weather conditions (such as light rain or cloudy skies) when the activity has not been officially cancelled by Nofrills or the Provider. In such cases, the booking will be considered used and no refund will apply.
If the Provider or Nofrills cancels the activity for safety reasons, force majeure or weather conditions that prevent it from taking place, the User will be offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.

8. Prices and inclusions/exclusions
Prices shown on the website are per person, unless otherwise specified. They include VAT and other applicable taxes at the time of booking.
They do not include tips, visa fees, travel insurance, personal items or meals and drinks unless expressly stated in the product description.

9. Payments
Nofrills accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal as payment methods. Payments are processed through the Stripe platform or directly via PayPal. Bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

10. Disclaimers and limitations of liability
Nofrills acts solely as an intermediary in the booking of activities and excursions provided by third-party Providers, who are directly responsible for delivering the services.
Any incident, claim, damage, loss or issue that occurs during the activity must be resolved directly between the User and the Provider.
Nofrills is not liable for delays, cancellations, changes or incidents caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its direct control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Nofrills's liability in cases where, under applicable law, such limitation is not permitted (e.g. gross negligence or fraud).

11. Complaints and legal actions
This contract is governed by Spanish law.
To simplify complaint resolution and reduce User costs, disputes may be submitted to Equity Arbitration before the Court of Arbitration of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
In addition, in compliance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, Nofrills informs Users of the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, which allows consumers and service providers to resolve disputes online out of court. The platform is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

12. Modifications and nullity
Nofrills may update these Terms of Use and Booking Conditions at any time. If any clause is declared null or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
